“When these things come to pass that thy seed shall begin to know these things—it shall be a sign unto them that the work of the Father hath already commenced.” — 3 Nephi 21:10

“The life of my servant shall be in my hand… he shall be marred because of them. Yet I will heal him.”— 3 Nephi 21:10

On the Coming Forth of The Anointed One Has Come Forth: A Word to the Churches and the House of Israel

Listen, churches of the covenant. Listen, house of Israel that is scattered.

You must empty your vessel to receive water.

The records that were promised are starting to come out. The plain and precious things that were taken away are being put back. The Hidden Houses that were led into this land, the remnants of the ten houses, the Deer line of Naftali, the witness of Yehudah through the sisters of Mulek, the children of King Tzidqiyahu, and the seed of Joseph through Layi-Lhi (Lehi), are being called to remember.

The work of the Father has already started.

The Light and the Word

Light itself is the Great Mystery, the Origin, the first Heavenly Father and Mother, unified opposition, positive and negative as one. Everything that exists comes from that Light. The Word is the first wave, which is all waves. There are not many, but one: a command, a prayer, a movement projected from the original Light, from the first Father and Mother, still streaming light and sound because nothing is broken or divided in creation. It took a part of the Light through its command, and that command was governed by obedience. It answered back with obedience. That answer became the pattern for all creation.

People give different names to the expressions of the electromagnetic spectrum: radio, microwave, infrared, visible light, ultraviolet, x-ray, gamma ray. The names distinguish frequencies and wavelengths along the spectrum. They do not describe entirely unrelated phenomena. And this gives us an image through which to understand something deeper.

From the beginning, creation has been movement, relationship, response, organization and order. From that force, still and small, all things were organized, are sustained, and are renewed moment by moment as a whole, for the purpose of the whole. We are part of that whole.

And even intelligence can be understood through the image of the wave. Consider an ocean.

Take from that ocean a vessel filled with its water. The vessel gives the water a boundary. It gives it a place. It gives it a particular expression from which it might say: Here I am. But the vessel did not create the water. And the water within the vessel did not become some other substance simply because it was given a boundary. The vessel gives shape to the water, but it does not create the water.

So it is with the mystery of self.

We are given form. We are given intelligence. We are given memory. We are given consciousness. We are given agency.

But given from what?

From the one Light, expressed through the Word, through the wave, through intelligence, through life, and finally through the particular vessel in which that life experiences itself.

It is a cascading expression of one Light.

Light into Word. Word into movement. Movement into order. Order into life. Life into intelligence. Intelligence into consciousness. Consciousness into the experience of self.

The vessel gives that expression a place from which to say:

“I am here. I perceive. I remember. I choose.”

Yet the vessel is not the source of what fills it.

The vessel gives form to the expression. It gives perspective. It gives the individual a place from which agency can operate. And that individual expression is continually shaped by the other vessels it surrounds, touches, receives from, and pours into.

Life encounters life. Intelligence encounters intelligence. Vessel encounters vessel.

We teach one another. We wound one another. We heal one another. We give knowledge, memory, love, mercy, testimony, and sometimes suffering from one life into another.

Yet beneath all these individual expressions is the same cascading origin:

One Light. One Word. One movement. Many vessels. Many expressions. Yet never a second source. Therefore, stop shedding life as you shed your own in the other!

The cup is not the ocean.

The cup beside it is not the same cup.

Each vessel possesses its own perspective, memory, experience, and agency.

Yet neither vessel created the water.

What fills them is of the ocean.

And what one vessel pours into another does not become another kind of water merely because the vessel has changed.

This is the mystery of individuality within oneness.

The vessel establishes perspective, not absolute separation.

The self is real.

Agency is real.

Relationship is real.

Responsibility is real.

Yet none of these requires us to imagine ourselves as existing independently of the Source from which existence itself proceeds.

The vessel remains a vessel.

The water remains water.

And the ocean was never divided.

And perhaps here we may better understand the prayer that we become one with the Father and the Son. Not that the self disappears. Not that intelligence disappears. Not that agency is destroyed. But that what is distinct becomes aligned with the One from whom life proceeds. The vessel remains a vessel. The water remains water. And the ocean was never divided.

Nothing created can make itself its own first cause. Nothing can give itself existence before it exists. We receive. We answer. We choose. And when free will remains in the pattern of obedience, the individual will comes into harmony with the greater will, not by ceasing to exist, but by becoming completely what it was created to be. When free will departs from that pattern, the source does not change. Our alignment with it does. The sound becomes dulled, like movement beneath the water. Yet the source remains. And the way home remains.

And so from the beginning the lesson has been: Agency. Obedience. Consequence. Repentance. Restoration. Return. This is why nothing can finally exist wholly apart from the Source of existence. And this is why oneness does not need to mean sameness. We can truly be one with the Father and the Son while remaining persons capable of answering the invitation. We receive. We choose. We return.

The Anointed One Has Come Forth

The Anointed One Has Come Forth: A Word to the Churches and the House of Israel is the book of His direct words to the churches. It contains 213 directions, given not to establish another church, not to build another institution, and not to create another covenant, but to call the churches back to what has already been given.

The message running through them is plain: Remember. Remember whose name you carry. Remember the covenant. Remember the Messiah at its center. Remember why records were preserved. Remember that repentance is a gift. Remember that justice and mercy meet in the Atonement. Remember that resurrection is sure. Remember that a people are gathered first within the heart, then within the family, and then into branches.

The lesson of the book is plain: You carry the name of Christ, yet you do not choose it as the name of your churches, and you have forgotten the plain path. Creation and the fall are real so that people can choose. The Messiah is the center. Records were promised, and records are coming forth.

The gathering is not first of buildings or names. It is of families into branches, where prayer, sacrament, teaching, service, and remembrance happen in the home. Justice and mercy are both real, and the Atonement holds them together. The inner life matters. Repentance is a gift. And the resurrection and restoration of all things are sure.

So the call is to remember. To turn with a broken heart and a contrite spirit. To take the name of Christ. And to walk the covenant path to the end. It is not a new covenant. It is the plain speech of the One who already paid the price, spoken again so that His name would not be kept while His path was lost.

And this brings us to one of the simplest truths of the entire message: The world is not dying. It is forgetting. The call of this book, therefore, is not: Come and receive something new. The call is: Come back. Read it slowly. Pray it. Let it show what was taken away. Let it show what was forgotten. And let it show how to put it back in order.

Why I Stand Before You

I hold the title Songab, the forty-ninth after the first one who carried it. Songab means “the one who is brave and strong.” The first Songab, my lineal grandfather, spoke these names on this continent in the fourth century. Through Tamar, daughter of Tzidqiyahu of Yehudah, and through Adikiins of the Deer responsibility of Naftali, the houses of Yehudah and Naftali were joined while in exile. The line was carried. The responsibility was carried. The witness was carried. The title was kept. I stand in that responsibility today as a son of Abraham from the House of David which has endured.

But understand why I stand. I do not stand to make a new covenant. The Peacemaker has already done the work of bringing people back to the hope of restoration and resurrection. I do not stand to add to the Scriptures. I do not stand to take away from them. I stand as a witness to what has been kept, and as one set apart to put in order what the Father has already given. The Creator does not send a messenger without a testimony. And the Creator does not keep a people without keeping their witness.

There is a time for planting. There is a time for hiding. And there is a time for revealing. Many believed certain houses had disappeared from the earth. Many believed certain responsibilities had been lost. But a house is never lost to the One who made it. The Creator loses nothing. What He appoints, He keeps. What He keeps, He reveals when the right time comes. And I tell you now: The time of revealing has begun.

The Gathering

Many have taken the name of Christ, yet the plain path has been lost. Towers of institution have been built while families have been scattered. The name has been kept while the branches have withered. People have looked for the gathering of Israel among the nations, yet they have not recognized the Firstborn Peoples of this continent, the keepers of the migrations, the genealogies and the pre-colonial knowledge of the Star Peoples.

The Lord would still gather His people as a hen gathers her chickens under her wings. He has not stopped inviting. The gathering is open to every soul who will turn back with a full heart. It is not first a gathering of buildings. It is not first a gathering of institutions. It is not first a gathering of names. It is a gathering of people. Of families into branches. Of mothers and fathers trusted again with the care of life. Of households where prayer is heard. Where sacrament is remembered. Where children are taught. Where service is given. Where the old records are opened again. And where the covenant is lived instead of merely spoken.

The laws by which all people will be judged were written into creation itself long before they were written in books. These are the same order our fathers kept on the Road of Concealment and under the Deer Covenant. The Great Law has not changed. Walk with restraint. The teaching has never changed.

Do not fight against Zion. Do not join with that which takes away the plain and precious things. Do not put off the day of repentance. Justice still hangs over lasting wrong. But the arm of mercy remains open. Those who receive the prophets, who do not shed the blood of the saints, and who come to Christ with a broken heart and a contrite spirit will be gathered.

The Work Before Us

Until the Messiah sets Himself again the second time to recover His people, the work is this: Form your branch. Unite in prayer. Root yourselves in the ancient records. Branch in peace. Walk the covenant path. Endure to the end.

The Lord remembers His covenant. The house of Israel shall be restored. The scattered shall be gathered. The lost shall be found. And none that believes in Him shall be destroyed.

Judge the Witness by Its Fruit

To understand the one who speaks these things, do not begin with the title I carry. Look at what has been brought forth. Reveal all records. Watch all that has been shown. Read all that has been written. But do not believe merely because I have spoken. Read. Pray. Ask. Remember.

These are not extra words. They are the living witness of the same covenant. In a thousand years, the names of institutions may be dust. But the records will remain. The branches that were formed will remain. The fruit that was borne will remain. The mercy that was shown will remain. The lives that were changed will remain. And those who walked the plain path will be known by the tracks they left.

The Creator loses nothing. The Lord remembers His covenant. The record has been preserved. The branches are beginning to grow. The time of revealing has begun.

May those who have ears to hear, hear. May those who have forgotten, remember. May those who have wandered, return. May the vessels remember the ocean from which their life came. May our individual wills answer the invitation of the greater will without surrendering the sacred agency by which we were given power to choose. And may every house that bears the name of Christ turn again to the plain path of Christ.

We receive.

We answer.

We choose.

We return.

And in Him, we become one.

Amen.
