The Branch of Peace is a family-centered faith where the Creator entrusts the sacred stewardship of life to Mothers and Fathers, and where families gather in Branches to strengthen one another through prayer, sacrament, teaching, service, and remembrance.

The Creator
We believe in the Creator, the source of all life. The Creator is present throughout Creation and may be known through prayer, family, service, sacred teachings, and the world around us.
The Family
The Family is the first institution established by the Creator.
Before governments, churches, organizations, and nations, there were Mothers, Fathers, and Children.
The Family is the foundation of faith, stewardship, and community.
The Priesthood
The Priesthood of Mother and Father is bestowed by the Creator.
Through the transformation of puberty, boys and girls receive the sacred capacity to become Fathers and Mothers and participate in the gift of life.
When they become parents, they enter the fullness of that stewardship.
The highest expression of Priesthood is Motherhood and Fatherhood.
The Branch
A Branch is formed when six or more people gather, or when three couples gather, for prayer, sacrament, teaching, fellowship, and service.
The Branch does not govern families.
The Branch exists to strengthen families.
Our Stewardships
Children learn, grow, and prepare for future stewardship.
Elders are Mothers and Fathers who strengthen their homes and raise the next generation.
Chief Elders are Grandmothers and Grandfathers who strengthen families through wisdom, counsel, and care.
Presiding Elders are a husband-and-wife couple selected to help coordinate the Branch and its gatherings.
The Gathering
Families gather regularly for:
Prayer
Sacred Music
Sacrament
Sacred Silence
Teaching
Messages for Growth
Fellowship
Service
The purpose of every gathering is remembrance, gratitude, peace, and the strengthening of families.
The Order of Stewardship
The Tree exists to strengthen the Branch.
The Branch exists to strengthen the Family.
The Family exists to strengthen the Child.
All leadership is voluntary.
All service is voluntary.
